Men Coping with Loss: The Journey of Male Grief

Facilitated by David Hottinger, M.Div., HOTC Chaplain

Grief is a journey and one that men often travel differently than women. This two-hour, "men only" workshop will explore the unique characteristics of male grief and suggest several strategies that grieving men can pursue to find comfort and healing. There will be ample time during the session for participant to explore their own grief journeys in the context of a supportive group of other men.
